Why Lumiven Care Exists
Lumiven Care was founded on a simple belief: every person with a developmental disability deserves support that truly sees them, not a service delivery on a schedule. We built Lumiven to be the provider we always wished existed.

The Individuals We Support
We serve adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the Toledo, Ohio area, providing Homemaker and Personal Care services funded through Medicaid waiver programs.
Homemaker Services
Light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry and errands to support a safe, comfortable home environment.
Personal Care
Bathing, dressing, mobility assistance and daily living support, with dignity and respect.
