- Meal planning and preparation tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Laundry, linen changes, and clothing organization
- Grocery shopping, errands, and essential supply runs
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning after meals
- Safe, clean home environment monitoring and upkeep
Personal Care
We provide respectful, individualized personal care that upholds each person's dignity and supports their independence in daily life.
- Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene assistance
- Dressing, grooming, and oral care
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support
- Assistance with eating and feeding when needed
- Medication reminders (as permitted under state guidelines)
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities

Who Qualifies for Our Services?
Our services are designed for individuals with developmental disabilities who are enrolled in or eligible for state Medicaid waiver programs.
- Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Adults and children who meet state-level DD eligibility criteria
- Individuals with an active Individual Service Plan (ISP) or care plan
- Medicaid-enrolled individuals approved for waiver funding
- Individuals referred by a Support Coordinator or case manager
