FAQ

Common Questions

Most individuals are referred by their Support Coordinator, but families may also contact us directly to start the conversation. We'll help guide you through the process from there.
We take matching seriously. We consider the individual's needs, personality, schedule, preferences and family input to find a caregiver who is the right fit, not just available.
Absolutely. Every Lumiven Care team member undergoes a thorough background check, reference verification, and required training before providing services to any client.
