Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📍 Service area TBD ⏰ Full-time / Part-time 💼 Home-based

Provide hands-on Homemaker and Personal Care services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. You'll assist with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, meal prep, and more, always with dignity and respect at the center of every interaction.

Support clients with personal care, daily routines, and homemaking tasks. Ideal for experienced aides looking for a provider that values consistency and communication. PRN and weekend availability especially needed.

Support our client intake, scheduling, and caregiver oversight processes. Work closely with families, Support Coordinators, and DSPs to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Experience in DD or home health administration preferred.

What You'll Need

Basic Requirements

Most direct support positions require the following. Don't worry if you're not sure about something. Reach out and we'll talk it through.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Background check eligibility (criminal and abuse registry)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
  • Prior caregiving or DD experience preferred but not required
  • Availability for consistent, scheduled shifts
